Motorcycle Evangelism

We have found motorcycles overcome barriers of distance to remote locations as well as open doors to share the gospel. This provides another medium or tool to mobilize more believers and use a talent they never knew God could use.

• A team of 6 including 1 American and 3 Canadians along with two of us from Slovakia went on a 2 week trip June 2-19, 2010.  We travelled 6,300 km (3,800 miles) through 10 countries.
• We plan on going to Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia in May 2011.
• We will be visiting children’s homes July and August as weather permits; Dates to be announced.
• We would like to congregate at Campfest in August, 2011 and promote motorcycle ministry.
• As a reward for those who have ministered with us on at least one event over the summer, we would like to take a trip together through the Austrian and Italian Alps in September.

If you have dedicated your life to the Lord Jesus Christ and have a desire to share your faith and be a blessing to these little ones, whether or not you own a motorcycle, you may request an application. 

There are many ways people serve on our motorcycle outreaches besides giving kids rides.  Some have made a great contribution to this ministry by using other gifts such as drama, rap music, puppets, etc.  Of course, it doesn't hurt if you love motorcycles and would enjoy riding along with us.  This is not usually an absolute necessity however, since we often have a van or car that accompanies us on our trips except on trips outside of Slovakia. 

Some of our longer trips are open to anyone who has ministered with us in the past, while others may have special limitations based on experience, riding style and availability of space.

Please note that on all motorcycle ministry outreaches each rider covers his or her own expenses (gas, food, lodging, insurance, repairs, speeding tickets, etc.)
