History
Disadvantaged children, whether handicapped, orphaned or neglected, are easily accessible in local children’s homes and homeless shelters in Slovakia. Teams of volunteers began visiting the homes in eastern Slovakia Christmas, 1996 and have continued to this day. Over time other forms of ministry have been added, such as summer camps (2000), canine therapy (2003), equine assisted health therapy (2006), and motorcycle evangelism (2008). Each of these is designed to fulfill our mission of mobilizing believing Christians to share their faith using their unique gifts to meet the children’s unique needs.
We are predominantly a protestant organization but actively invite our brothers and sisters in Christ in the Catholic church to join us for a stronger witness to the unbelieving world of the unity in the body of Christ.
